I will respond to confirm your requirements and ensure I can meet your timescale or deadline. Then, once agreed, I will invite you to simply submit your payment details (usually via Paypal or BACS), to secure your order.
Pencil Poised will acknowledge by email, confirmation of your order within 24 hours of receipt, including a helpful 'Fact Finder' form which may assist you in providing the information you wish to include, so that I can create your truly personalised poem.
